Our Mini Scent Experience is designed for corporate gatherings, conferences, and other site-specific events with a larger guest count. This engaging, interactive activity will elevate your event and provide a unique experience that your guests will love. Please note, this service is not available for in-home parties.
How It Works
1. Explore the Fragrances
Guests will explore our top ten fragrance oils, discovering the scents that speak to them.
2. Create Your Unique Blend
Using our user-friendly online form, guests can combine up to three oils to craft their personalized scent.
3. Blending Bar Experience
Once the perfect blend is created, it's sent to our on-site blending bar. Our skilled aromatenders will prepare the custom fragrance for guests to take home before the event concludes.
4. Enjoy Your Custom Fragrance
Guests leave with a one-of-a-kind fragrance that they crafted themselves, making your event truly memorable.
The Nitty Gritty
1. Booking & Prepayment
To secure your inventory and preferred date, we require prepayment and a minimum lead time of three weeks.
2. Event Duration & Fees
Events typically range from 2 to 6 hours. The fee depends on the product, guest count, customizations, and travel.
3. Travel
We offer local travel and can accommodate out-of-state events for an additional fee. We do not offer any in-home events.
4. Personalization
Custom-labeled bottles and tailored fragrance oil selections are available for additional fees and lead time.
