Submit Your Details
Share your event specifics with us, and we’ll curate a unique aromatic journey tailored just for you.

Choose Your Products
Pick up to two different products from our exclusive selection—ideal for creating the perfect ambiance for your event. Available options include room sprays, travel sprays, body oils, roller balls, and more.

Secure Your Spot
Once you’re ready, lock in your booking with a deposit to confirm your reservation.

Indulge & Unwind
On the day of your event, relax as our expert aroma-tenders guide you and your guests through the scent creation process, blending each product right on-site to perfection.
Big Blue Details
Rental Fee
$350 for up to 3 hours, plus $85 per additional hour.
Travel
Based in Kalamazoo, MI, Big Blue travels within a 60-mile radius. For distances beyond, there’s an added $2 per mile.
Guests
We accommodate a minimum of 10 guests per event, rotating larger groups to ensure everyone enjoys the experience. Big Blue seats up to 10 people at a time.
Product Minimum
Hosts must pre-purchase one product per guest, with the option to select up to two product types or colors to suit guest preferences.
Staff
Each event is supported by up to two expert aroma-tenders, dedicated to guiding your guests through an unforgettable scent journey.
Cancelation Fee
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
